What should I do on ride day?

Offer Notification

• Click on the offer notification for your assigned ride details. 
• To access your Trip ticket, go to Menu > `Manage rides` or simply open your notifications. 
• Check on your pick up location & time

On Ride Day

•  Click on the ‘Balloon’ on the map to see the street view of your pick up point. 
•  You will be able to track the location of the bus when the driver goes ONLINE on their app.
• 15 minutes prior to the departure time on your ride ticket, you will receive a notification.
•  Once the bus has arrived, open your ride ticket and SWIPE the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).  
•  Show your boarding pass to your driver. 
•  Enjoy the bus ride to work, a notification will be sent when you have reached your destination.
